Description

The TYRI 1010 is a specialized LED work light with a housing made of a single cast aluminum. It features exceptional durability. The product has been subjected to numerous endurance tests, such as a salt spray test lasting as long as 500 hours, showing, as if by hand, its resistance to corrosion. The device is based on spot LEDs, of which there were as many as six. The LED cover was made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. The electronic circuit hidden in the housing is cooled by a heatsink placed at the back.
This lamp has passed tests for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which defines the ability of electrical or electronic devices to work correctly in a specific electromagnetic environment by achieving an appropriate level of immunity and limiting the emission of disturbances not tolerated by other working devices. The lamp is immune to surges and changes in the power grid, electrostatic discharge, radio waves and other electromagnetic phenomena.
TYRI 1010's IP69K degree of protection finds its application in situations where lamps require high-pressure cleaning at high temperatures. Examples include agricultural machinery, where the lamps mounted on them are exposed to dirt and fertilizers, and are subjected to frequent high-pressure cleaning after field work.
TYRI 1010 have built-in temperature sensor circuits that reduce output power to regulate the temperature of the light. This prevents damage to the LEDs, which could fail prematurely.
TYRI 1010s also have reverse polarity protection in case of incorrect installation. If the wires were connected incorrectly, the TYRI lamp will not turn on until the wires are connected in the correct configuration, thus protecting the LEDs and their associated circuits.
