Description

This guide bar with hydraulic chain tensioning for harvesters is made of Titanium alloy steel with increased resistance to wear and deformation. The design is based on the Titanium-XV model and has been supplemented with an integrated fungicide application system.

The collector and precisely crafted, chamfered spray holes allow for the application of the fungicide directly to the cutting area. This solution ensures even application of the fungicide (e.g., urea) during felling, eliminating the need for additional applications. The system supports stump protection and reduces fungal growth in the root system of coniferous trees.

The guide bar tip is equipped with a replaceable 15-tooth sprocket (GB15XV). The increased number of teeth reduces the chain's rotational speed at the nose of the guide bar and reduces wear on the working components. The tip design allows for replacement without having to replace the entire bar.

The bearing system utilizes precision roller bearings lubricated by the Lube Direct™ system. This system delivers lubricant directly to the bearing zone, reducing wear and the risk of tip damage.
